AI Transparency

RaportAgent is an artificial-intelligence system. This page explains, in plain language, how it works, what models and data it relies on, and the choices you have, in line with the EU AI Act (Regulation 2024/1689), in particular its transparency obligations (art. 50) and general-purpose-AI documentation duties (art. 53).

You are using an AI system

Every report is produced by autonomous AI agents, not by human analysts. Seven specialized agents research market size, competition, consumer sentiment, trends, regulation, financials and SWOT, and a model then synthesizes their findings into one structured document. There is no human in the loop writing the report.

Which models we use

RaportAgent orchestrates large language models through their providers' APIs. Depending on availability and load, a report may be generated using one or more of:

We do not train our own foundation models. We send your query (and any document you choose to attach) to these providers solely to generate your report. We never sell your data.

Where the data comes from

Agents gather evidence from the public web using search APIs (e.g. Tavily), plus open sources such as World Bank data. Every key figure in a report is linked to a source, and each source link is HTTP-checked and labelled working, uncertain, or dead. RaportAgent is built specifically to avoid inventing unsourced market numbers.

AI-generated content is labelled

Reports and their exports (Word / PowerPoint / Markdown) carry an explicit AI-generated disclosure, so a reader always knows the content was produced by AI. This satisfies the art. 50 obligation to make AI-generated output detectable.

Human verification required. AI can misread or misattribute a source. Reports are a fast, sourced first pass, not a substitute for professional advice. Independently verify every figure and source before making a business, investment or legal decision.

Agents retrieve and summarize publicly available information and cite their sources. We respect intellectual-property rights; if you believe a report reproduces protected material improperly, email contact@raportagent.com and we will address it.

Your data & training opt-out

We do not use your queries or generated reports to train AI models, full stop, on every provider we route to today: we only use API providers whose terms bar training on API input for the tier we're on. Your account settings let you record an explicit opt-out (AI & data → “Do not use my reports to improve AI models”), timestamped so you have a record of when you set it. Checking it also excludes your reports from our own internal use: the public sample gallery and quality-testing runs. And it's checked before every research run, so if a future fallback provider were ever added without a no-training guarantee, an opted-out account's runs would skip it automatically rather than silently using it. You can export or permanently delete all your data at any time from the same settings panel (GDPR art. 15/17/20).

Reports are generated automatically and provided “as is”. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of AI-generated content, and RaportAgent is not designed for decisions affecting fundamental rights, legal status, or safety-critical applications.
